The perfect base for any mascara: With the Super Prime Mascara Base, you can prime the lashes to further enhance the effect of the mascara. The result: full, thick lashes. The texture is enriched with castor oil and nourishes the lashes.
The mascara base can be applied with the integrated brush applicator just like mascara. The texture dries without any residue and can then be covered with your favourite mascara.
