She is a temperamental, loving and crazy teenager. She is very loving and we can do the craziest things together. We go through thick and thin together and appreciate that very much. We are inseparable. She is not only my daughter, she’s like a wonderful girlfriend and I’m very happy to have her.

My “Feel Good Formula” is a 20 minute yoga session in the morning. The combination of movement and meditation, the fresh morning breeze in my living room, and the indirect light of my salt crystal lamp puts me in complete “zen mode”. This allows me to start the day feeling balanced and full of energy.
In the summer, I love sitting in the garden and dangling my feet in cold water. In the winter, nothing beats my couch, my knitting needles and wool to make me feel at ease. But what makes me feel happy and light all year round is the support of my family and friends.
As soon as I’m on the tennis court, I feel light and carefree, almost liberated. There, I can leave everything else behind me and just play my match.
