Instructions for use

Water-activated Eyeliner. 6 highly pigmented shades for a colorful eyeliner look. Instructions: Wet dry colour well with a suitable brush and a few drops of water. Mix thoroughly until reaching a liquid to creamy consistency. After application, let dry for 2-3 seconds. Allow palette to dry completely before closing.
